Magnesium-Diasporal pro Muscles and Nerves direct is a combination supplement of high-dose magnesium plus vitamin B complex. The direct granules are ideal for travelling as they can be taken quickly and without water. The product has a pleasant cassis flavour and contains magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide, which are well tolerated, as well as the vitamins B₁, B₂, B₆ and B₁₂.

Sweetener: sorbitol, magnesium citrate (24%), magnesium oxide (23%), anti-caking agent: calcium salts of fatty acids, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, vitamin B₆, vitamin B₂, vitamin B₁, flavouring, vitamin B₁₂.

Take the contents of one stick once daily.  

Apply the direct granules directly to your tongue. The granules dissolve in seconds and can be swallowed without water.
