Magnesium-Diasporal pro DEPOT Muscles and Nerves is a combination supplement of high-dose magnesium plus vitamin B complex. The patented 2-phase tablet has an instant and sustained release:

• In the instant phase, active magnesium and the nerve function vitamins B₂ and B₁₂ are quickly released
• In the sustained-release phase, sustained-release magnesium and the nerve function vitamins B₁ and B₆ are released with a time delay of several hours

Magnesium citrate (42%), magnesium hydroxide (21%), magnesium carbonate (19%), gelling agent sodium alginate, maize starch, bulking agent sorbitol, glazing agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, stabilisers hydroxypropylcellulose and cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, colouring agent iron oxide, anti-caking agents calcium salts of fatty acids and cellulose and silicon dioxide, glazing agent acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, vitamin B₆, vitamin B₂, vitamin B₁, flavouring, vitamin B₁₂.
