Magnesium Diasporal® pure Magnesium Bisglycinate contains pure, organically bound magnesium bisglycinate in capsule form – without flavourings or fillers. Thanks to its flexible dosage, magnesium intake can easily be adjusted to individual needs.

Flexible dosing – from 120 mg to 360 mg of magnesium daily

Each capsule contains 120 mg of magnesium. Taking 1 to 3 capsules daily allows magnesium intake to be tailored to individual needs. With 3 capsules, the daily intake reaches 360 mg of magnesium, providing 96% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV).

Magnesium bisglycinate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and normal psychological function, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to electrolyte balance.

Take 1–3 capsules daily, depending on individual needs, without chewing, with sufficient liquid. If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to spread the intake throughout the day (e.g. 1 capsule in the morning, at midday and in the evening).

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Magnesium supplements may have a laxative effect. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
